Originally I am from the Czech Republic, but am living in the UK since 2004. For many years I have been helping people to reach their personal objectives in order to increase overall health and fitness . As displayed on the website I am offering various services from being a personal trainer to giving Zumba classes and sports massages. All services are adjusted so it suits all kind of people that want to exercise regardless weight, age or gender. I am certified as a private trainer, Zumba instructress and sports masseuse. Thereby I am participating in a course for healthy eating and dieting in a responsible way. Starting off as a personal trainer it was surprising how much satisfaction I got by getting results with my clients. Your struggle is my struggle and it gives me energy when obstacles are overtaken. Especially when people felt healthier and looked fitter, also helped increase their confidence.

People said their quality of life had improved and they are feeling better about themselves in years. Thereby they also experienced that their social environment was happy with the process and that they became a better person to be around. As I was a fitness instructress in a gym I also learned how to do pad boxing classes and doing several impact programs, like abs or insanity workout. In 2005 I discovered Zumba. Instantly I fell in love with this way of exercising as it combines exercising on music and having fun! This was an innovative way to control your body and stimulates participants to get involved socially. The dance routines and tempo are adjusted per class, which is explained on the Zumba section of this website. In all exercising programs certain aspects are important to me: Getting healthy and feeling better in a fun way!
