IMPROVE YOUR BOOTY?!

There are so many exercises to do for your glutes. Now, which one are the most effective? Well, first of all everyone is gifted in a different way. Some people have big booty and want to make it smaller and some people have small and flat but want it bigger and peachy looking. So what exercises should we do?

This exercise is one of my favourites. But must me performed correctly: BAR BELL HIP THRUSTER – hip thrusts activate more muscle fibers in the glutes than squats do. It improves glute strength, shape and size. They also contribute to the postural improvement as they strengthen lower back and leg muscles.
